
For over 30 years Shannon has been teaching various types of movement. She received her Pilates training and certification at the Stott Corporate Training Center in New York City. Her evolution as an instructor has manifested by merging the core concepts of Pilates with elements of fascial release. This combination provides the benefits of strengthening with the advantages of pain relief and pain management.
Shannon believes strongly in making her classes accessible to all. Group classes are not only about exercise, but also an opportunity for community creation and togetherness. She strives to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a healthy dose of humor and playfulness. This positive environment has led to the blossoming of many friendships and kind acquaintances: a key element of longevity.
